Information you share
We collect the contact details, requests, unit details, trade-in photos and installation addresses you submit. Redline uses this information to answer requests, arrange service and handle orders through Waveforce, our dealership-system provider.
Checkout and financing
Shopify and its payment providers handle checkout. Redline receives order and fulfillment details. Financing opens a separate application with your selected unit and price; the application and lender notices explain how they handle your information.
Identity verification
If Redline asks you to verify your identity, a separate ID verification service collects the information you provide, which may include an identity document and a selfie. Its notices explain the verification process and how that information is handled. Redline uses the verification result to review the request or order.
Site data
Browser storage and session cookies save carts and site preferences. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits, pages viewed, device information and actions such as clicking a call button, sending a request or starting checkout. Call-button tracking records a click; it does not record a call or confirm that a call connected.
We use these reports to understand which pages help customers and improve the website. Our analytics events are designed to exclude the personal answers you enter in forms. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights also measure site use and performance without cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may check requests for spam.
YouTube videos use privacy-enhanced mode. Video and map services have their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can manage cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect saved carts and other website features. Contact Redline if you have a question about your information or want to request access, a correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained to handle orders, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations.
