Order cancellations

You can cancel your order before it ships. Contact Redline at (803) 359-2702 to request a cancellation.

If your bike arrives damaged, you are responsible for reporting the damage and filing and handling the claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Redline does not accept returns.

Applicable taxes and fees are shown at checkout. There are no additional shipping charges beyond the amount shown in your cart.

Manufacturer warranty terms apply. Redline handles warranty claims. Contact Redline for help with a claim.

Prices shown are advertised prices. Monthly payments are estimates, not an offer of credit.

Specifications are as each maker publishes them and can change. Ask Redline to confirm anything that matters to your purchase.
